Electrical Courses
We have a range of electrical and building energy management systems courses for new entrants and existing industry professionals. All courses lead to nationally recognised qualifications accredited by the industry’s leading certification bodies and awarding organisations e.g. EAL, NICEIC, City & Guilds, etc.
New entrant courses
The electrical industry is highly regulated and to be an Electrician you must have proper training and hold the proper qualifications. Beware training companies offering you careers courses that do not include the qualifications required by law and which are also required to join the industry’s competent person scheme (see our guide called ‘So you want to be an Electrician’). The industry also advocates that new entrants undertake a level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Electrotechnology (such as the City and Guilds 2357) and this is the hallmark of a good careers course.

Existing industry professional courses
Courses are run (usually on a weekly basis) from our specialist centres and some can also be run on-site and on company premises at a time and place to suit – just ask.
Prices include all training materials, registration and certification fees, plus lunch and refreshments.
