Safeguarding Statement
At ATL we strongly recognise the need for vigilant awareness of safeguarding issues.
All staff have appropriate training and induction so that they understand their roles and responsibilities and are confident about carrying them out. Those that come into contact with the young and vulnerable have also been CRB checked.
Staff, students, parents and guardians should feel secure that they can raise any issues or concerns about the safety or welfare of any young person or vulnerable adult and know that they will be listened to and taken seriously.
This will be achieved by maintaining an ethos of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults. This is supported by clear behaviour, anti-bullying and child protection policies, appropriate induction and training, briefing and discussion of relevant issues and relevant learning in line with current legislature and guidelines.

What our clients say:
I was initially introduced to ATL in 2010 and was immediately impressed by their willingness to work with us as a partner. The team has fully engaged with us throughout the development of our Apprenticeship framework and whilst it has not always been a straightforward process it has felt all the way along that we are one team with a single vision and a passion to succeed. ATL and Trend work in a true partnership and with our shared values and drive for continuous improvement I foresee a long and fruitful relationship for both companies.
