But in the unlikely event you do fail a course, as long as you have completed the theory and practical training parts to your tutor's satisfaction, you can retake the course free of charge. Visiting ATL
Since choosing the right training provider for your career is such an important decision, it is always advisable to visit the colleges you are interested in before making your final choice.
ATL’s open days give prospective students an opportunity to meet and talk with tutors, liaison staff and current students and graduates to get information on all aspects of college life, from courses to careers, to facilities and finances.
All centres will be open to visitors throughout the day, enabling you to explore and learn about those courses that are of interest to you. Tours, displays and practical demonstrations aim to give you a taste of what studying at ATL is really like. You can visit the workshops, lecture theatres and computer suites to see what’s on offer.
Prearranged visits
Open days are the best time to visit the college as you will have access to everything the college has to offer. However, if these dates are not convenient you can also arrange a visit and a tour by calling student services. You will have an opportunity to see the facilities, talk to a member of the academic staff about your interest and get more information about the various courses on offer.
